The registration information on this page applies only to training classes offered by Peachtree Wireless. Other CWNP Learning Partners have their own class registration information.

Payment Policy

Company payment by check or approved credit card, approved government or university system purchase order, or prepaid government training form is required at the time of registration or prior to class attendance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and US Government credit cards. For non-US credit card users, charges will be in U.S. funds and will be converted by your credit card company. Prepayment is required from students outside the U.S. Pricing, registration terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Classroom Learning Course Tuition:

Tuition covers all course materials (including courseware, study guide, practice test, and certification exam voucher), refreshments, and your Certificate of Completion. Parking expenses you may incur are not included.

Your Guarantee

We believe we offer the best possible training. If during the first day of your Classroom Learning course, you are not satisfied and wish to withdraw, notify the instructor, return all course materials and receive a 100% refund, less any applicable fees. All training materials must remain with the instructor at the time of withdrawal.

For Classroom Learning courses, please contact us at 770-433-9339 x202 regarding specific training locations. Because we have multiple locations in larger cities, always double-check your confirmation letter for the exact course location.

Course Schedule

For Classroom Learning courses, registration is at 9:00 a.m. on the first day. Standard Classroom Learning courses begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at approximately 5:00 p.m. each day. However, please note that Boot Camps have extended hours and often run well into the evening. Inquire for specific details.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

1. Student substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of class.
2. A company or individual may cancel a Peachtree Wireless class without penalty by giving Peachtree Wireless written notice at least 15 business days prior to the scheduled start date of the class. Please fax cancellations to 404-420-2130.
3. If a company or individual cancels their seat in a specific course without at least 15 business days notice prior to the start date of the class, the company or individual will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee.
4. A company or individual may reschedule a Peachtree Wireless class without penalty by giving Peachtree Wireless written notice at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled start date of the class. You may apply your paid course tuition to the same course or another course of equal or lesser value for up to 6 months from the original course start date. Failure to attend the course without written notification to the above fax prior to the start of the course will be considered a "No Show" and will result in forfeiture of the full course price. 5. If a company or individual does not attend (no shows) a class, the company or individual will be assessed 100% "no show" fee.
6. Peachtree Wireless reserves the right to cancel class at any time. If a class must be rescheduled, Peachtree Wireless will refund the course fee in full. Peachtree Wireless' liability is limited to the course fee only. Peachtree Wireless cannot be held liable for other related expenses, i.e., airfare, airline penalties, lodging, etc.

Boot Camp Payment, Substitution and Cancellation Policy

The Boot Camp Substitution and Cancellation Policy is the same as listed above; however, if student materials have been provided when any cancellation occurs, a $500 fee will be charged.
